[Cover Fine Adj.]
Overview
Set the lead edge position, trimming amount, and image position for the cover.
The print position and trimming amount can be fine-adjusted.

- This item is displayed on a product equipped with a scanner and HDD. For details, refer to What Is the [COPY]?.
Tips
The following items can be set:
- [Cover Lead Edge Adj.]: Sets the lengthwise position of the front cover and body.
- [Cover Trimming Adj.]: Sets the cover trimming amount.
- [Cover Image Shift Adj.]: Sets the position of the image printed on the cover when [Cover Print] is set to [ON].

Procedure

Press [Change Set].
The setting screen is displayed.

Select [Cover Lead Edge Adj.], and use the on-screen keypad to enter the numeric value.
Range: -20.0 mm to +5.0 mm
Pressing [,]/[+] increases or decreases the numeric value in increments of 0.1 mm.
Use [+ / -] to set the plus or minus of the numeric value.

Select [Cover Trimming Adj.], and use the on-screen keypad to enter the numeric value.
Range: -5.0 mm to +5.0 mm
Pressing [,]/[+] increases or decreases the numeric value in increments of 0.1 mm.
Use [+ / -] to set the plus or minus of the numeric value.

Select [Cover Image Shift Adj.], and use the on-screen keypad to enter the numeric value.
Range: -10.0 mm to +10.0 mm
Pressing [,]/[+] increases or decreases the numeric value in increments of 0.1 mm.
Use [+ / -] to set the plus or minus of the numeric value.
