[When Number of Jobs Reach Maximum]

Overview

Set which operation this system performs when the number of jobs operated by each user or account track reaches the upper limit.

Select the desired one from the menu list.

NOTICE

The following settings are required to display this screen.
Access in [Admin Mode].
Do not use middle server authentication or a combination of external server authentication and middle server authentication as the authentication method.

Tips

Set the maximum number of jobs in [User Registration] and [Account Track Settings]. For details, refer to [Account Track Settings] or [User Registration].

Setting items		[Stop Immediately]	When the limit is reached, the job is suspended immediately. At this time, the output data and scan data stored until the time of suspension is deleted.
		[Stop After Print]	Suspends after job is complete.
		[Warning Only]	Displays a warning, but continues printing. A warning is not displayed for print job.
