Overview

Configure various settings related to the scan function of this system.

The following setting is required to display this screen.
Access in [Admin Mode].

Setting items		[Auto Delete Document]	[Save]	Select the time to automatically delete the scan data stored in the box, from the menu list.

		[File Name]	Sets the character string that is automatically assigned to the file name. The name can be specified using up to 32 single-byte alphanumeric characters, including symbols. The following symbols are not available: " \ / * \| : < > ? , ‘ ` ^ ) ( } { ] [ + The file name consists of the character string specified in this item, year/month/day/hour/minute, and serial number or second.
		[End of File Name]	[Sequence Number]	Select the system of the number assigned to the end of the file name, from the menu list.
