[Send History]

Overview

Display up to 100 previous job sending histories in list form.

If the number of histories exceeds 100, the excess is deleted starting from the oldest.

NOTICE

The Send History function is available on a product equipped with a scanner and HDD.
The optional Paper Feeder Unit PF-713 and Upgrade Kit UK-112 are required to use the Send History function in this system.

Tips

When Image Controller IC-610 is mounted, 100 jobs with [Output Hist.], [Send History], and [Incomp. Hist.] combined are held even if the machine is turned off.

Setting items		[File Name]	Displays the file name of the send job.
		[User Name]	Displays the name of the user who output the job when user authentication is enabled. Displays the account name of the user who output the job when account track is enabled.
		[Address]	Displays the sending address.
		[Result]	Displays the sending result.
		[Time]	Displays the job sending time in 24-hour notation.
		[Mode]	Displays the job sending mode. The following sending modes are displayed. E-mail HDD FTP SMB Queue^1 WebDAV^2 USB^2 TWAIN If multiple addresses are selected, only 1 of them is displayed. The display priority order is as follows. 1. E-mail 2. HDD 3. FTP 4. SMB 5. WebDAV 6. Queue 7. USB 8. TWAIN 1: The history is only displayed when Image Controller IC-318 or Image Controller IC-319 is mounted. *2: The history is only displayed when Image Controller IC-610 is mounted.
		[Details]	Displays the detailed setting of the selected send job. For details, refer to [Details].
		[,] / [+]	Scrolls the sending history job list. The current page number and total page count of the job list are displayed between the keys.
