Overview of [SCAN]

Press [SCAN] using a function selection key at the top of the Touch panel; the [SCAN] screen is displayed.

NOTICE
  • The scan function is available on a product equipped with a scanner and HDD.
  • The optional Paper Feeder Unit PF-713 and Upgrade Kit UK-112 are required to use the scan function on this system.

[SCAN] is a function that scans the original and converts it to data.

This system has the network scanner function, enabling you to send data via the network.

Click What Is the [SCAN]?.

Click [Display table of contents] at the upper left of the reference page (modal window).

The User's Guide is displayed in a new window.

The Contents of the selected category is displayed on the bar in the left of the screen.

Bookmark

You can search according to the available functions or specifications of the installed options.
Select the check box for the desired option from the list of installed options.
Multiple choices are possible.

Filter by title

You can narrow the search range from the menu for this user's guide.
However, you cannot search using only the "Filter by title" option. When using this option, also select another search filter item.
