Overview of [RECALL]

Press [RECALL] using a function selection key at the top of the Touch panel; the [RECALL] screen is displayed.

NOTICE
  • The recall function is available on a product equipped with a scanner and HDD.
  • The optional Paper Feeder Unit PF-713 and Upgrade Kit UK-112 are required to use the recall function in this system.

The [RECALL] screen is used to manage HDD store jobs of the copy jobs and scan jobs stored in this system.

Click What Is [RECALL]?.

Click [Display table of contents] at the upper left of the reference page (modal window).

The User's Guide is displayed in a new window.

The Contents of the selected category is displayed on the bar in the left of the screen.

Bookmark

If you click or tap in the upper-right of a page, it turns into and is registered as a bookmark.

By selecting the check box for the desired category, you can narrow the search range.

Select the check box for the desired option from the list of installed options.

Filter by title

You can narrow the search range from the menu for this user's guide.
However, you cannot search using only the "Filter by title" option. When using this option, also select another search filter item.
